I Introduction of DCY Gear Speed Reducer
Speed reducer is a comparatively exact machine with the aims of lowing revs but increasing torques. It can be classified into many kinds with different type and different use. DCY Gear Speed Reducer is suitable for the transmission device with output shaft and input shaft laying verticality. It is mainly applied on belt conveyer and some other transportation machines and it can also be used in other general mechanical transmission organs of metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, construction material, textile, oil /petroleum and so on.
DBY Gear Speed Reducer manufactured in China also meets standard of No. JB/T9002-1999. As a new product, this speed reducer can substitute SS right angle shaft gearbox and ZQ, ZL old type gearbox.

II Application Field of DCY Gear Speed Reducer:
DBY Gear Speed Reducer is suitable for the transmission device with output shaft and input shaft laying verticality. It is mainly applied on belt conveyer and some other transportation machines and it can also be used on other general mechanical transmission organs of metallurgy, mining, chemical, coal, construction material, textile, oil /petroleum and so on.
Working Conditions of Gear Speed Reducer:
a. The high speed of input shaft should not be more than 1500s/min
b.The circumferential velocity of gears should not be over 20m/s
c. The ambient temperature should be -40~50℃.Lubricant should be heated up to 0℃ before starting if the ambient temperature below 0℃.

III Type Description of Gear Speed Reducer:
DBY is double-stage gearbox; DCY is three-stage gearbox
Four assembly types according to output shaft : I , II , III, IV , Face to output shaft, its rotation direction: Clockwise (S), Un-Clockwise (N)
