Introduction of JWB-X-F-1 Stepless Variator:
Planet cone disk type stepless speed variator (referred as stepless speed variator) is a king of advanced stepless speed variator device both at home and abroad. JWB-series stepless speed variator is a new type of variator which is the earliest one of the same type at home designed and developed independently by the company on the basis of national and international advanced technologies. This speed variator conforms to the JB/T6950-93 Planet cone disk stepless speed variator standards.

Application Scope of JWB-X-F-1 Stepless Variator:
It is most applicable to the circumstances where multi variable technical parameters and continuous variation are required. Therefore, the speed variator can be used as a power transmission in automatic production lines of all industries and as a continuously variable transmission in all scientific and research institutions. It’s especially suitable for automatic production lines of ceramics, drinks, foodstuff, electronics, leather tanning, chemical, textile, carpentry and other industries. Features of JWB-X-F-1 Stepless Variator:
This speed variator features simple structure , reliable performance, a large speed variation range( the ratio between the highest transmitted speed and the lowest transmitted speed is 5:1), agile and reliable speed adjustment, small size, low noise, and easy maintenance etc. This speed variator is suitable for continuous operation, and the speed can be adjusted with load according to the real need.
