Our NCW-QJ planetary gearbox is designed on the basis of NGW gearbox. It keeps the main benefits of NCW gearbox and is applicable to oblique positions to transfer radial loads. This planetary gear box is mainly used as key reducing settings in cement mechanical ball crusher and other similar machines.
It has the following benefits:
1. This planetary gearbox is of small volume, light weight, strong loading capacity, long service life, stable operation and low noise. Both the input terminal and the output terminal can endure large radial loads.
2. Working temperature: -40℃-45℃
3. Input rotation speed: ≤1500r/min
4. Efficiency: η=0.94-0.96
5. Working slope angle: 45°-55° (as showed in picture 3-27)
6. Both clockwise revolution and anticlockwise revolutions are available
7. Working status: continuously
8. Lubrication: circulation lubrication system is applied.
